COLOR-CODED TAGGING PROGRAM
(ANNEX I)
The color-coded tagging program in Annex I introduces a similar tagging program in NFPA 25 for color-coded tagging of sprinkler systems. The program calls for tags approximately 3 inches by 3 inches that are adhesive-backed and removable (except for the installation tag) and attached to the control panel.
White Service tag: Identifies services performed and indicates corrections.
Blue inspection and testing tag: Type of inspection and testing performed and system’s status.
Yellow deficiency tag: List of deficiencies
Red impairment: List of the conditions of impairment
White Installation tag: Designer / installer information
