Carbonless 2-part HOT WORK PERMIT to prevent fires 

Tag Size: 5 5/8" x 8 3/8" - 

Material: Part 1 - Carbonless BOND Part 2 Carbonless TAG- easy record trasnfer between both copies

Numbering: optional Variable numbering Part 1 and Part 2 front side have the same matching number  (choose number option below to add numbers)

Perforation: Part 1 only for record removal -  Horizontal perf shown on Part 1 bond front picture

Hole Reinforcement: 1/4" brass eyelet  - durable metal eyelet grommet to assure tthe permit stays in place

Attachments: optional attached 12" 26 gauge wires   or loose wires or cable ties Easy attachable metal wire to any project

    Perfect, just what we were looking for except for we needed or wanted them numbered but understood that things happen I guess a machine was down and the holidays, but we were desperately in need of so settle for blank ones which was durable. - Thanks

    Also, I would like to say that Kayla was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Even took the extra step to explain last month on my first order that one machine was down and the holidays so we could not get them numbered in a fast turnaround. I then took the extra step to explain to MSC who we normally get the tags from on how to place the order and reach out to Kayla, in which we were waiting for the order since September 2023. Really appreciate the service you guys demonstrate in a time of desperate need. Thanks
